Refund Policy
Overview
At Melons Tech, we build custom automation systems and deliver hands-on implementation. Because our work involves strategy, engineering, and dedicated time, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis rather than as a blanket guarantee.
Strategy calls & consultations
Free discovery and strategy calls are provided at no charge. If a paid consultation was agreed upon in writing and the call was not delivered, a full refund may be requested.
Custom implementation projects
For custom builds, retainers, or project work, refund eligibility is defined in the signed scope of work or service agreement. Generally, once work has been delivered and accepted, fees are non-refundable. Deposits and milestone payments are only refundable if the agreed milestone was not delivered in material scope.
Subscription & retainer services
Ongoing subscriptions or retainers can be canceled by providing written notice before the next billing cycle. Payments already processed for the current cycle are not refunded, and service continues through the end of that paid period.
Third-party costs
Costs paid to third-party platforms, tools, advertising accounts, or software subscriptions on your behalf are not refundable by Melons Tech. Any refund for those items must be requested directly from the third-party provider.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, or business results. A refund will not be issued solely because an outcome, target, or projection was not met.
How to request a refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@melonstech.com with the project name, invoice details, and a clear explanation of the issue. We review each request within a reasonable timeframe and respond with next steps.
Disputes & chargebacks
We encourage clients to contact us directly before disputing a charge or initiating a chargeback. Opening a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in suspension of ongoing services.
